Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Besportive, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is not listed under non-returnable categories


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used or damaged items (not due to delivery issues)

  • Clearance or sale items (if specified)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@besportive.com within 7 days

  2. Share your order details and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with the return instructions


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval


5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a replacement

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos)


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost

  • For other returns, the customer may bear the return shipping charges


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us
